Jaclyn is a teaching artist specializing in vocal technique, concentrating on musical theater, classical, and contemporary pop rock styles. In addition to providing in-person and virtual lessons at her studio, she has served as Adjunct Voice Faculty at Boise State University, Adjunct Voice, Music Theory, Aural Skills, Keyboarding, and Ensemble Singing and Harmony Professor at Cornish College of the Arts, lead music instructor at Village Theater's Institute Program in Seattle, WA, and Vocal Instructor for Marymount Manhattan College in NYC.

Jaclyn teaches students throughout North America, some of whom have landed roles in Broadway shows and Broadway National Tours. Other students have progressed to elite college training programs, some are working professional musicians, and others are at the beginning of their musical journey and discovering their instrument.

Jaclyn holds a Master's and Bachelor's of Music in Musical Theater and Vocal Performance from Oklahoma City University, where she studied with esteemed teacher Florence Birdwell. Since then, she has performed nationally and internationally, from opera companies to regional musical theater houses and international pop rock concerts.
